Rachael is a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor who specializes in working with adults and older adults. She is especially passionate about helping patients conceptualize and reach their identified health goals and has extensive experience working with older adults and caregivers of those with long-term care needs. Rachael utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to encourage patients to make positive changes in managing their mood, thoughts, and behaviors. She places special emphasis on the therapeutic relationship to provide a safe and empathetic healing environment for her patients.
